Chris has been in the construction industry and a real estate investor since 2003, and comes from a background of real estate development, finance and property management. Chris has been in the storm restoration business for the past six years and is HAAG certified in both residential and commercial and has hundreds of projects under his belt with budgets in excess of $5M.

James Thomas

General Contractor

Experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the construction industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Sales, Management, and Contract Management. Strong program and project management professional with a Bachelor of Science focused in Finance (2009); Financial Services; Economics from Metro State University.

Jason Solis

Senior Construction Manager

20 years of experience. In Construction, experience as full service Residential General Contractor, from start to finish everything and anything that has to do with a house... from land acquisition, to design/engineering and planning, building permit review and permitting, inspections, demo, structural, mechanical/ electrical/ plumbing, custom creations from frame to finish leading up to certificates of occupancy. In Real Estate, experience in full purchased, built, renovated and sold investment properties, Birddogging for new deals, preliminary inspections and construction cost estimates for potential deals.

Bo Peiffer

In 2009, she started to invest in properties using the buy, fix and flip model in addition to leasing and designing remodels for condominiums. In October of 2019, she completed her condo certification and was featured on the cover of the Colorado Home Owner Magazine. She also was nominated for 40 under 40 and recognized as a front-runner in her field. Ms. Peiffer is a member of the International Association of Women (IAW). In her spare time, she loves getting involved with local charitable organizations and spending time with her two amazing children.
